About Us

The idea for Frescasa came from years of frustration with inconsistent cleaning standards.

Back in 2007, our founder Louisa hired her first cleaner for her one-bedroom flat. Some weeks the results were great, other weeks, not so much. When Louisa later moved to Dubai, she noticed something different: cleaners there were exceptional, professional, consistent, and genuinely proud of their work.

After returning to the UK, Louisa tried eight different cleaners over the next decade. The pattern was always the same — great at the start, but over time the quality dropped, reliability wavered, and prices crept up without matching improvement.

Talking to friends and family, she realised she wasn’t alone — no one she knew was completely happy with their cleaner. That’s when Louisa decided to do something about it.

Frescasa was created to redefine what “a good cleaner” really means — reliable, consistent, trustworthy, and proud of delivering a spotless home every single time.
