Terms & Conditions – Frescasa Ltd

  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Frescasa Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the Client (“you” or “your”) for the provision of cleaning services.

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Our goal is to redefine what a ‘good cleaner’ really means. We will ensure a quality finish that beings freshness back into your home, with results that speak for themselves: week after week, month after month, year after year.

  1. Definitions
  • “Company” means Frescasa Ltd, the provider of cleaning services.
  • “Client” means the individual or organisation using our cleaning services.
  • “Cleaner” means the individual(s) appointed by Frescasa Ltd to carry out the cleaning work.
  • “Services” means the cleaning work agreed between the Client and Frescasa Ltd.
  • “Premises” means the location where the Services are to be performed.
  • “Agreement” means the contract formed between the Client and Frescasa Ltd, incorporating these Terms.
  1. Services Provided

Following an in-person consultation and agreement with the Client, Frescasa Ltd will provide cleaning services including, as standard:

  • Dusting
  • Vacuuming
  • Mopping (where suitable)
  • Cleaning of kitchen & bathroom areas

Additional services may be carried out on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc basis, subject to prior agreement at the consultation.

Services may be reviewed or adjusted at the discretion of either the Client or Frescasa Ltd.

  1. Bookings and Scheduling

All bookings are arranged directly through Louisa, Owner of Frescasa Ltd.

An initial consultation must take place before the first clean can be scheduled.

  1. Pricing and Payment Terms
  • £19 per hour – Weekly cleans
  • £20 per hour – Bi-weekly or ad-hoc cleans

Payment must be made via bank transfer by the end of the same day the clean is completed.

Late payments may result in a pause to future services until payment is received.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any cleaning session.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full cleaning fee being charged for the missed session.
  • If Frescasa Ltd or the assigned Cleaner needs to cancel, we will make every effort to arrange a replacement Cleaner. If no replacement is available, no charge will be applied for that session.
  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide suitable cleaning products and equipment, including:
    • Vacuum cleaner
    • Mop and bucket
    • Floor cleaner
    • Limescale cleaner
    • Kitchen and bathroom cleaning products
    • Window/glass cleaner
    • Domestos Limescale Bleach
    • Long reach duster
    • Minimum of 5 e-cloths
  • Ensure the property is in a similar condition to that observed during the pre-clean consultation.
    • If the property is significantly more cluttered or soiled than usual, additional cleaning time may be required and charged accordingly.

To help maintain consistency and high standards, we kindly ask Clients to rate each clean between 1 and 5 stars.

  1. Company Responsibilities

Frescasa Ltd is committed to delivering an exceptional cleaning service and maintaining high professional standards.

We aim to provide a fresh, spotless finish at every visit.

Louisa is personally available to resolve any issues should they arise.

If a Client is dissatisfied with a Cleaner, Frescasa Ltd will arrange an alternative Cleaner within 14 days of being notified.

  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Frescasa Ltd holds Employer Liability Insurance.
  • All Cleaners are reference checked before being assigned work.
  • Frescasa Ltd shall not be liable for damage caused by defective cleaning equipment or products supplied by the Client.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Cleaners may clean televisions or wall-mounted screens at the Client’s request, but Frescasa Ltd accepts no liability for any damage to screens or wall fixings.
  • Frescasa Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by cleaning tasks not agreed upon during the pre-clean consultation.
  1. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the privacy of all Clients.

  • Frescasa Ltd will not disclose or misuse any personal or private information observed on the Premises.
  • Any keys or access details provided are stored securely and handled with care at all times.
  1. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 28 days’ written notice via email.

  1. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service:

  1. Please notify us in writing within 24 hours of the clean being completed.
  2. We will review your concern and may arrange a re-clean or another suitable resolution if appropriate.
  3. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  1. Amendments to Terms

Frescasa Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms to reflect changes in our business operations, legal obligations, or service structure.

Any updates will take immediate effect once posted on our website or communicated in writing.
Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Both parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
